A Level of Confidence He Never Had Before
The individual customized plan Becky has given to our son has helped to change the course of his success. Becky has combined several methods of teaching, listening and just knows how and what he responds to. We have worked with e3 for eight years and the consistency, and overall genuine interest in helping the ‘whole child’ has provided our son with a level of confidence he never had before, and we are so very thankful. Our goal is not only to enrich a student’s scholastic abilities, but to help them grow emotionally and socially. We look at the whole person, peel back the layers to understand each student’s strengths and weaknesses, and develop a plan for their development. We work with each student one-on-one to best suit their unique, individual style of learning, and help them to become their best self.

Rebecca (Becky) Hayes is originally from Pasadena, CA. She and her family moved to Rancho Santa Fe when she was a teenager. She attended Santa Fe Christian High School and later the University of San Diego, where she received her B.A. in education, teaching credential in special education, and Character Education Certificate. Becky has comprehensive training and experience teaching children with special needs. She has taught ESL, worked as a reading specialist, a behavior technician, and as a child advocate throughout San Diego City School District. Additionally, she has taught and supported in the private, public, charter, and home-school realms of education.
